Let me see how to start this...This company has one of the worse booking system of all. And maybe they don't really care about Goupon customers. As I called first time, someone on the phone told me, he needed to transfer me to different department, and then I got transfer again to someone he said who is going to explain the whole process, anyway, he wanted me to buy some additional services, like set up monthly services. I told him, I normally buy one time Groupon once a while whenever I saw some bugs in the house. I don't want to set up monthly. so he said then someone will call me back to schedule the appt, after 2 weeks, no one ever called me, so I called again. this time same thing, the person on the phone said, he will let the department know, and someone will call me in a few days. Again, no one called, so this time I called Goupon customer service, I want to return this Goupon, bc I wasn't able to book appt. After, I canceled my Goupon, they showed up to my house without any scheduling... and I had to purchased another Goupon, let them do the service. After the service, my house is still seeing all kinds of bugs, Cockroaches, silver fish, spiders,...etc. I had many different company pest control service before, this one is the worse,...don't waste you money. It's not worth it!!!
