It started in 1989 in San Antonio, Texas on a small hill in the Sunset Ridge Shopping Center. People were peeking in the windows at the nearly completed construction, trying to get a look at this interesting new dining spot. It looked like a restaurant from the 50's, but also like a restaurant for right now; a place to relax, have fun, and enjoy some great food. After 20 years in San Antonio and Austin, EZ's has had literally millions of guests come through its doors and leave as friends and frequent diners. They love the fact that we bake our bread fresh everyday. They love that we make our sauces, salad dressings, pizza dough and soup from scratch, in the restaurant. It makes all the difference when your ultimate goal is pleasing your guests with quality. People come from everywhere for EZ's beautifully grilled burgers, wood-fired brick oven pizzas, award-winning salads, succulent Rosemary Chicken, and more. Once you've been to EZ's, EZ's is home.
