F45 fitness training takes a holistic approach to training, combining, and mixing two key components to getting fit: cardio and resistance. Training is conducted in a group environment aimed to encourage and motivate members to achieve their goals. High intensity workouts with strengthening and conditioning programs alongside the idea of pushing the mind and body strive to create a unique, functional method of training. To date, F45 has trained the likes of Hugh Jackman for his ‘Wolverine’ role, Ricky Martin, and Nicole Richie.
