GeeBerry was a fun filled art studio. Sadly, they are closing at the end of this month.
It's a fantastic time for the price.
I thought it was really fun! I plan on attending again with family
A warm, friendly atmosphere with a talented instructor.
We bought 3. Myself and 2 daughters... It turns out I only registered for 2 instead of 3. As I was trying explain the situation to the Owner, she was giving me serious "I don't care" attitude. The Owner spoke about herself too much. Not helping much
Great activity for a girl get together
I thought the teacher would really teach me how to do brush strokes and paint. I've never painted before so I was looking forward to a lesson. I did not get a lesson. She rambled on about her favorite tv shows but did not give specific direction.
From Our Editors
Artist Jenny Granberry has travelled to New York City and as far as Europe to develop her watermedia- and acrylic-painting skills. She shares her accrued expertise at GeeBerry Art Studio, where she hosts classes for both kids and adults. Classes for first through eighth graders teach budding artists about design, self-expression, and the history of art, dating back to the first dinosaur to scratch a portrait of George Washington into a rock. During classes for adults, attendees sip BYO beverages as Granberry shows them how to paint a given object.
