My 14 month old has enjoyed her time at JW Tumbles through the groupon. Unfortunately, we will not be able to continue with classes there once her groupon expires due to the cost.

I know this is old news, but I think you should hear it. Last year I was upset by how JW Tumbles misused your Groupon offer. Before your offer (approx. Jan 2011), JW Tumbles charged $3 for the one hour open gym they used to have on Thursdays and $6 for the 2 hour open gyms. This was the member price. When your Groupon was offered (maybe Feb 2011?) I bought it because it was going to put the 2 hour open gym price at $4 for each session. Exactly after the Groupon started, they cut the open gym time down to 1 hour. This means that the open gyms that I used to pay $3 per hour for were suddenly $4 per hour (with Groupon) or $6 per hour without Groupon. I was actually paying more per hour after the Groupon started because of the shortened time. I felt like they used the Groupon to raise their price. I understand that sometimes a company needs to increase rates, but I thought the timing was bad. All the sudden I was paying more per hour with the Groupon than I was without it, the previous weeks. They should not have shortened their open gym time at the same time the Groupon started. By doing so, it seemed like "bait and switch". We bought a Groupon for 2 hour open gyms and ended up with one hour open gyms. In this case, we didn't save money with the Groupon.
