As the name implies, Mind Body Yoga aims to promote wellness through its holistic offerings. These include reiki healing sessions and soothing massages, along with a wide variety of yoga options. Check out a few of the North Austin studio's yoga classes.
- Yoga for Weight Loss: Designed for individuals engaged in weight-loss journeys,this 60-minute class includes warmups and cardio, along with myriad asanas and pranayama.
- Patanjali yoga: This class aims to soothe the mind and open students' energy centers to help them be truly present. To do so, the instructor leads pupils through breathing exercises and sun or pranic salutations before concluding with meditation.
- Pranayama meditation: Beneficial for yogis of all experience levels, this relaxing session utilizes various breathing styles along with mantra changing and gentle yoga postures to transport students into a deeply meditative state.
