In both cycling and yoga, our instructors are highly trained. We'll guide you alongside great music in a gorgeous, state-of-the-art studio. There's also nothing like the energy of the group. At Resolute Fitness, your resolution is our commitment. Our instructors will push you in a fun, all-levels environment. You'll want to stay committed to your fitness, because the classes and energy are fun, and the combination of cycling and yoga is everything you need for total mind and body fitness.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We offer cycling and yoga, along with a cycling-and-yoga combo class. These two activities are everything you need for total mind-body fitness. Cycling classes are a high-energy, 45-minute total-body workout. (Yes, we do upper body weights in cycling.) Yoga classes are a 60 minute power vinyasa flow—an athletic style of yoga that improves strength, balance, and flexibility. At resolute, we help people lead purposefully balanced lives.
