I purchased the groupon for my son to attend camp at Robots-4-U last week and when we arrived for the camp, the doors were locked and no one was there. Apparently, they cancelled the camp without notifying me or my sister, who also signed up for the camp. I have tried to contact them to get our money refunded and no one will respond. We arrived with 3 excited campers only to find locked doors and no camp for that week. We had made child care arrangements counting on this camp for our children so to say that this was inconvenient for us would be an understatement. What a terrible and irresponsible business!! I am shocked that a business would treat it's customers this way.
