Our Nutrition Coaching Program is a monthly one hour group session in which we discuss
The basics of healthy eating, the power of whole foods, overcoming nutritional barriers and goal setting. The objective of these coaching sessions is to bring individuals into a healthy lifestyle through which they can achieve personal, wellness and fitness goals. You will leave each class with specific, personal goals to help you along your path of success. We do not want to put you on a diet! We want you to make a lifestyle change that will improve your quality of life

40 push-ups (40 for women) in 2 minutes
40 sit-ups in 2 minutes and 50 air squats in 2 minutes, with 2 minutes of rest between each movement
8 dead hang pull-ups for men, 4 for women, no time limit
1 mile run in boots and utility pants on road in 9:30
Body Armor (aka Murph) with 20# pack (10% body weight for women): 75 minutes
Endurance standards to guide your preparation
