What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a family oriented dental office. We see children of all ages, and adults of all ages. We are mercury safe office. Dr. Luu doesn't place mercury fillings and follow a specific protocol when removing mercury fillings. This protocol can be watched on our website at www.GentleDentistrySGV.com

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I want an opportunity to spend more time with my patients to better understand what they want from their dentist. Communication is key in helping us understand our patients so when they walk out the door, they are happy.

What do you love most about your job?
I love that I can provide my patients with the state of the art technology as well as the best material available to dentists. Also, I love that I get to meet and get to know my patients and their family. They are now part of our dental family.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
That's it? I got a shot? I didn't even feel anything! We get to hear this reaction often, but it never gets old.
