She was impossible to reach. I called, text, and left several messages at her shop. I felt that she was not interested in providing the service, since she had already received payment. When she did finally schedule me, I just cancelled because I did not feel comfortable with her working on my face with all the tension that led up to just getting the appointment. Lesson learned for me!

I called and texted, but she never returned my calls to book an appointment. Sad. Now that it's expired I'm probably going to have to go down to the salon and try and get my money back.

Poor customer service. Didn't introduce herself to me when she came to get me in the reception area, was not friendly at all. Assumed I knew how her process worked. Left me alone for what seemed like a long time and didn't even explain when she would return. Asked her about a steamer and she said, "Oh, no, I don't use that on groupon people." When it was time to settle the bill, she didn't even allow me the courtesy of taking me back to the recept area. Just put out her hand for the groupon. I had no place to put my pocketbook while I got it out for her. Very unfriendly...will not return.

She is impossible to get ahold of. I tried for months to schedule my appointment and she never returned my calls. When I finally was able to make an appointment with her she cancelled and never called back as promised to reschedule.

I made an appointment and she canceled. I tried to reschedule but could never get through. It's not a bad reflection on her since I didn't get to experience her work but due to conflicts it's a negative one.
