What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I'm more than a typical life coach, I'm a christian life coach. This means I can offer you spiritual growth and empowerment if you desire it. I'm also a personal trainer and nutritional planer. I stand apart from others by being to provide you with complete mind, body and spiritual wellness.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I feel very blessed to be able to work because I want to and I love helping people. I examined my life and my interest to find a perfect combination. I have expanded my instruction of martial arts to include more personal training, and nutrition. I bring it all together with christian life coaching

What do you love most about your job?
I love being there when a client can unlock a door and remove the barriers that have been hold them back. There is something magical that happens. Clients seem to come alive with hope and a passion to succeed that they seemed to be missing in their life..

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
There was a moment when I was coaching a client where they first realized they were not broken. I was able to shine a bright light on their success they couldn't see in the darkness that surrounded them. When your surrounded by dark negativity it cast a shadow on all of your positive accomplishments
