I asked for specifics in which the groomer ignored & simply shaved the animal. I could have done that for free

Horrible experience. Worst customer service and dog hair cut was terrible. Don't take your dog there, you will be sorry. Very unprofessional.

Showed Groupon discount during check-in and when we went to pay they charged us full price. Quality of grooming was bad.

They were very friendly and concern about the dog. I could tell that they loved the animals and took good care about them. Our dog haircut was great I will use them again. We live in Lake Isbella.
