It's never been easier to make the perfect gyro than at Yiro Gyro. There, diners can choose every ingredient that gets folded into their pita. A base of basmati rice, lettuce, or even crispy french fries is layered with spiced chicken, slices of rotisserie-grilled gyro meat, or veggie-friendly falafel. From there, fresh-cut vegetables like red cabbage, kalamata olives, and dark-green spinach are piled high. It all finishes with the housemade sauces, such as traditional tzatziki or tahini, or a more modern take, like Sriracha ranch.
