She was nice , they fail to mention it's inside the hotel so your driving around looking for the sign that won't be advertised. Otherwise it was okay for what it was . Thank you I needed it

Poor quality, you get what you paid for. Didn't even schedule the 3rd one as I didn't want to waste money on gas to get a subpar massage. Masseuse used this weird stick to "massage" me and didn't seem to know how to massage others than to do the "roll" technique that massage chairs have

I had a very nice and comfortable experience. She texted me to confirm if I will be able to keep the appointment and was very kind to reschedule it as per my convenience. She asked me about the areas I needed her to focus a little bit more on and she indeed gave some extra attention to those points. I would definitely use her services again. She is a pleasant and affectionate person.

The room where the service is provided is located in a out-of-date office space in the Belvedere Hotel. The space is dilapidated and the room itself is more of a closet. In addition, the massage table is narrow so my arms wanted to fall off the entire time. The tightness of the space made me uncomfortable before the massage even started. Her actual massage technique reminds me more of my mother applying sunscreen to me as a kid, not enough pressure and just kind of all over the place. She does use rollers on arms and legs, which isn't completely unpleasant, but seems like a lazy work-around. She also does not massage your feet, she will rub them (kind of) over the sheet quickly at the end. I made the mistake of purchasing the 3 massage package and have decided to not bother going for my remaining massages, it is not relaxing and I spend an hour feeling awkward and uncomfortable.

I really wish it were possible to give a rating with 0 stars. From start to finish, it was unprofessional, no where near relaxing, very weird, and the worst massage I have ever had.

Every time I made an appointment I received a phone call asking me to reschedule it to suit the masseuse's preferences. Then once we found a new time mutually acceptable, she would call me a day later to ask me to reschedule again. It was terribly annoying. I ended up giving the massage as a gift because I was too frustrated to be able to enjoy a massage from this service.

Although she asked what areas I wanted her to focus on, she barely touched on those areas. The last fifteen minutes or so felt like she was just running out the clock. Overall, it wasn't bad.

Such a bad experience I left half way through. She just rubs in lotion and basically uses rolling pins on your legs. There is no true massage here.
