Studio B Yoga and Barre knows how to create the right setting for its students. Its 2500-sq.-ft. studio has a number of features that make it an attractive place to practice yoga, from specialty blue lighting for establishing a peaceful atmosphere to overhead radiant heating panels for comfortably raising the temperature during hot yoga. There are also in-house showers and a comfortable lobby where students can relax before and after class. The appealing environment is a major plus considering students can spend so much time there: the studio's schedule lists dozens of classes spread across every day of the week.
Each class serves a different purpose. During beginner-friendly vinyasa classes, for instance, students engage in moderately paced flows that allow them to master the basics of holding poses and controlling their breath. Meanwhile barre classes help them build strength with exercises borrowed from Pilates, yoga, and ballet. The studio's classes are open to both men and women and have childcare available.
