Tavern on the Square's chefs put their own spin on traditional pub food by incorporating local ingredients and wild game. Along with classics such as crab cake sandwiches, the culinary team forms ground bison into half-pound burgers and fills burritos with queso fresca and braised wild boar. Until the wee hours of 2 a.m., barkeeps are on-hand to pair these inventive eats with more than 80 different brews and specialty cocktails including organic cucumber martinis.
Meals unfold beneath high ceilings in the dining room, where flat-screen televisions broadcast homeruns and retiring umpires removing their masks for the first time since birth.
