I bought this groupon for boot camp classes at Fitness Concepts here in Baton Rouge. I called in September to activate the groupon (which was to be activated by Oct. 2). I was told that everything was good and I could show up for the boot camp classes. ---When I purchased the groupon I was told by fitness concepts that the classes were three times a day: morning, afternoon, and early evening.---I asked them to confirm the time of the class and they said that there is only one a day at 5:30 AM. (This is very inconvenient, and I have to take time from work to attend.) Yesterday I did just that. I called Fitness Concepts Sunday to put my name on the class list and I told my boss that I would be late coming in to work. I went to the gym for the 5:30 AM class and the two girls at the desk had no idea where the teacher was. They tried calling with no answer. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said he was in the back sleeping. (yes, sleeping!) I left the gym and was told I could call later to speak to the manager. I called but the manager was not there. I left a message and received a call last night at 7:30 from another front desk girl who listed to this incident report. She told me that the groupon probably expired in which I told her that it had not. It was good throughout October. She said "oh...i don't know then. I'll talk to the manager and call you back". I have not heard from them since. I wanted to attend the classes, but this gym may have the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. Emily M. at Groupon helped me resolve this issue. Thank you Groupon.
