I really enjoyed my 1st visit! I appreciate how thorough and knowledgeable Lokka Med was and look forward to continuing to work with them and seeing improvents in my Rosacea. I really like my kit so far. I love the sunscreen in phase 1 and will start phase 2 tomorrow :)

Gina Knaps was fabulous! She took a lot of time to explain what was going to be done and what I needed to do in the future to get the results I was trying to achieve. She was very sincere and very helpful. I would and already have recommend her to family and friends.

I received laser hair removal treatment for the first time, the next day I broke out in hives. I called the Lokka employee who administered the treatment to ask if this was common and what she recommended, she seemed upset that I would ever consider that the laser hair removal would cause this problem and immediately dismiss me and ended the conversation. It being my first time having laser hair treatment and also getting hives I thought there could be some type of correlation. I went to the hospital that night and revived a shoot of steroids. The employee never followed up regarding my condition. Additionally I had purchased 3 treatments of the laser hair removal, the spa called me on my next appoint to to explain that themachine was broken and rescheduled my appointment. This rescheduling occurred again on my next scheduled appointment. However, when I first had my consultation with the employee she explained that it was impairtive that I have my treatments done as soon as the new hair growth occurred. I told the employee who rescheduled my appointment this information and she deemed it unimportant. After receiving the run around twice from this spa I cut my losses and called for a refund. I am highly disappointed in my laser hair removal treatment being stopped in mid process. I feel as if the job is incomplete and now I have to find a new place, if I ever want to continue the treatment I started with Lokka. It was bad business on there part and I highly recommend any person interested in there services reconsider.
