Sushi K Bar is all about innovation. Not only was it one of the first sushi bars in the area to offer a completely kosher menu, but its chefs are constantly creating unique dishes such as sushi pizzas, carb-free rolls, and maki with unexpected ingredients like fried banana or cashews. In fact, the restaurant is so cutting edge that its owners coined their own word: sushilize, or the act of socializing over a sushi platter. But despite Sushi K Bar's focus on invention, it still offers diners all the Japanese classics they expect, including yellowtail sashimi and salmon nigiri.
