From Our Editors

It's not often that you see cheese on a sushi menu. Or portobellos or fried onions, for that matter. But the chefs of Sushi King aren't afraid to experiment with non-traditional ingredients at this kosher restaurant. Their unique creations include the cucumber skin roll, which forgoes rice for the namesake ingredient, and a fried tilapia roll with tempura crunch. The fully kosher menu consists mainly of sushi, but guests will also find kosher Asian-inspired salads and wraps.
