As a first time customer, whoever serviced me was very unfriendly and seemingly irritable. Not going back there for sure.
Lovely people but there were inadequate nail drying equipment. Subsequently my newly painted nails were damaged even before leaving, then afterwards. The previous customer had the same issue. I'll likely remove all the polish and reapply myself.
I don't think I got the name of the woman doing my nails pedi-mani, but she did do a good job on the cuticles, nail clipping, and filing.
Wonderful staff... definitely rebooking!
Super sketchy shop and both ladies did a first grader job. Regular toe polish is chunky and a different color from age and gel wasn’t done properly on hands. I swear I’m not the type to leave bad reviews but this place sucked. Really disappointed. The nail polish wasn’t even proper gel. It chipped on the first day.
Good service and good conversation!
They do manicure and pedicure separately, so it was much more relaxing and I was able to read during the pedicure. I also had a brow and upper lip wax with Kimi and while I usually have a lot of red irritated skin for a day or two after, that was not the case this time. I had no irritation and was red for only a couple hours. Also Kimi and everyone that I came in contact with were very kind and charming. I highly recommend and will be back for sure.
Sloppy and fast work. Kimmy was wonderful to talk to but I expected the work to be of an better quality. I liked that I was the only person in the salon. She forgot to use the natural buff to give my nails that shine I asked for. Sticking to my regular place in that does better work in the future.
