During warmer months, the doors of La Española Tapas open into the dining room, letting in a cool breeze to go with the cold sangria diners are enjoying inside. After that sangria—or a beer, or a margarita, or a slew of other cocktails—visitors can chow on tapas-style small plates, such as garlic shrimp, chicken and ham croquettes, or roasted lamb chops in a romesco sauce with couscous.
