IF YOU HAVE A NEWER CAR, DON'T GET THE CONVENTIONAL OIL! They refused to put it in my 2014 Chrysler and I had to pay to upgrade.
I chose this Groupon for the three oil changes knowing that my car will take conventional oil and when I got there was told that although they could use conventional, they will not because the car is newer (2014) and it would be bad on the engine to continue to use it. Should have been my decision since it is my car but they said I would have to pay $25 on top of the groupon for an upgrade to Synthetic. When I said I guess I'm going to have to pay the upgrade I was told "not necessarily, you could return the groupon since you haven't used it yet" I decided to just pay the $25 because I needed my oil changed. After this I did email groupon and asked for a refund because I had a bad experience and was told that it is non-refundable, so even had I not used that one they wouldn't have been able to do that anyway, so they guy lied to me.
As if this wasn't bad enough, the morning after the oil change my car started making a strange grinding noise, so I called them and asked if I could come in to have it looked at and see if it was something they did. The man I spoke with told me he would call me back and I never got a call. I tried calling for a few weeks and was never able to speak to anyone. I ended up finding out from a friend that the noise my car was making was because I have a power steering fluid leak and they could have very well knocked something loose, but I still don't know because I can't seem to get a call back.
The other 2 oil changes I have are going to go to waste because I will not go back to this place, and have to pay even more for this kind of service. I was pretty confident based on the reviews that it was worth the drive (Highland Park to Bethel Park), but it most definitely was not.
