Francois is a great trainer. He listens to what you want to work on and he delivers. He tests you capabilities and helps you exceed what you consider your limits. He makes the workout fun and rewarding as you will notice changes in your body after just a few sessions with him. His workouts are never routine and therefore unexpected. I highly recommend him and promise you will not be disappointed.
