Horrible experience, terrible results. This lady hates her job and should retire ASAP as but desperately needs the money. Sad!

Renee is definitely knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. However, it is best to purchase for the full price because, for those who don't know, Groupon prices does restrict certain lengths, so the whole head isn't covered. I did opt for the bayalage treatment and toner is extra. Although my hair turned out beautifully, I didn't care all too much for her attitude and the extreme delay.

I went in for the balayage treatment and it was great. Ranée picks the color best for you. The Groupon doesn't include the toner, it does cost you extra so keep that in mind while purchasing the Groupon. Otherwise it's easy to pair this Groupon with things like a hair cut.

I purchased the Balyage treatment on the Groupon website. Honestly it did not come out as I wanted, it came out more of a sun kissed look. My other hairstylist who gave me a blowout the same evening didn't even realize it was Balyage. She thought my hair had gotten lighter from the beach. But for my first hair coloring I like it for now. The only big negative is the hustling attitude of Renee the stylist. Be ready to pay $50 more if you want a full head balayage treatment. She will say that the Groupon only covers 3/4 of your head balayage treatment. Which I did not find on the fine print and she will up sell you once you get in her chair. I called ahead and specifically asked her if this Groupon price included everything which she clearly misrepresented. Also I didn't like feeling pressured when she said right away you'll have to tip based on the original full cost and even after I tipped her 20% of the full value ($40) she asked if I also wanted to tip her assistant who helped her wash my head and applied a toner after the coloring. Totally shameless if she can perform 80% of the job and needs an assistant to do another 20%, it's her responsibility to tip her assistant, it's like a waiter asking for a separate tip for a busboy who picked up the plates. And even on the toner it felt like she was cutting corners on me since I've never colored my hair before and even the assistant mentioned that it wasn't enough toner and if Renee wanted to mix more? Renee simply ignored her question. I would give 4 stars for the coloring even though it wasn't what I originally wanted and provided on the pictures. 1 star on the business for misrepresenting the Groupon deal and pressuring me for tips.
