Dhanwantari maintains a serene and intimate atmosphere inside its calm studio. Instructors customize yoga classes for the individual needs of their students, guiding bodies through a variety of flowing poses. These calming drop-in yoga classes are designed to focus the brain, open the heart, and relieve the body of stress caused by stress, stress, or sheep-petting addictions. Though the center happily provides mats, props, blankets, and water service, students are always welcome to bring their own mat and water bottle to class.
