Exercisers needn't worry about falling into predictable workout routines at Adeptio CrossFit. The coaches design ever-changing regimens of high-intensity, functional exercises intended to improve everything from strength and flexibility to cardiovascular endurance and agility. Each workout is built around sequences of universal movements that the human body is used to performing in everyday life—such as squats and dead lifts—although students are challenged to safely push themselves by scaling the load and intensity of each exercise. The studio also offers power-yoga lessons for attendees seeking a slightly different approach to physical fitness.
