It's hard to get more old-fashioned than the Carmel Corn Cottage. Here, "cottage" isn't just a name—it's a perfect descriptor for the cozy little red-and-white shop that entices passersby inside with the scents of cooking caramel. This caramel is drizzled onto popcorn popped in a copper kettle or coated onto handmade marshmallows.
The shop also churns out popcorn in other flavors, including buttery toffee, cheese, and dill. And it's home to a selection of fudge, buckeyes, and candied bacon, too.
