Keshava Radha Yoga takes its name from Keshava and Radha, the two instructors who lead the classes. They spent more than 15 years mastering the yogic arts in a Hindu ashram, later opening their own studio to share their study of hatha yoga with a new generation of students.
The duo holds classes six days a week, stretching both bodies and minds in four sessions a day. Keshava also teaches and practices other Eastern meditational arts, such as tai chi, a soothing way to conclude a Wednesday. On Saturday evenings, they set aside time specifically for satsang, a group opportunity to share guided meditation, philosophical talk, and metaphysical snacks.
