The instructors at Shaman's Blessings nurture holistic health and an acute awareness of self in their students during empowering yoga sessions and emotionally centering group classes. Visitors of all experience levels gather for meditative Prana Vinyasa classes in which instructors guide them through poses, linking each posture to the next with breathing exercises to hone concentration and create a calming, thoughtful atmosphere among students. Other group classes vary, but often center on themes including feminine energy, relaxing meditation, and self-reflection. The staff includes therapists with backgrounds in alternative and scientific studies, and an onsite store outfits guests with alternative accouterments, such as crystals, incense, and tarot decks for personally enlightening games of Go Fish.
