Thursdays 8pm: Glow Yoga is an all-levels class that incorporates black lights, glow sticks, dance music, and asana for fitness and fun. Students get creative with neon body paint upon arrival. The class sequence moves through a variety of basic postures, and just like the playlist, it varies from week to week. Whether this is your first or 50th yoga class, come experience this unique and enjoyable exploration of body and mind.

Sundays 9:30am: Soak up pure good vibes with this reggae-inspired yoga class. Postures build through a progressive sequence, designed to cultivate total harmony in body and mind. All levels of students are welcome to come honor peace, love, and unity through breath, meditation, and physical practice; no experience required.
Tuesdays 8pm: The weekly sequence progresses through breath techniques, core strengthening, standing, balancing, restorative, and inverted postures. This class is designed for yogis to advance their practice through building a comprehensive understanding of yoga techniques and philosophy. Upon arrival, each student receives a candle as a symbolic token of union with the Self and with others. All levels are welcome; no experience required.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:15-7:30pm, Sundays 11:30-12:45pm: This fun and lively class, designed to get you fit, integrates dynamic posture sequences with deliberate breath and mindful engagement. This style of yoga is geared toward people who enjoy a physical challenge, and like to explore the body's capacity for strength. Classes progress through several standing and balancing series, and wind down through seated and reclined poses. There is a strong emphasis on breathing and mental concentration. In this class, students are encouraged to advance their personal practice by exploring variations and testing their physical abilities. Upbeat playlists cover a variety of musical genres, and the room temperature hovers between 80 and 85 degrees.
