@Chilli Thai Bistroo is named after the pepper—known as "prik chi fa" in Thai—that adds spice to many Thai dishes. It's a fitting namesake, because although it's small, the pepper packs a lot of punch (100,000 Scoville units of heat, to be exact). Even though there is not a unit to precisely quantify it yet, the eatery's small team packs a lot of punch into each dish, too. Their meals are flavorful and chock full of authentic Thai herbs whether diners order the pineapple fried rice or the seafood pad thai. The latter is the classic peanut-dusted Thai noodle dish, but topped with seafood: mussels, scallops, and shrimp—commonly known as "The Sea's Big Three" in Thai.
