Originally known as Kingston Station, Kingston Grille & Bar has been re-established as a place full of sophistication, comfort, and great food and drinks. This is all thanks to Chef Brad Druckenbroad teaming up with Pasha Entertainment. Together they've created a space that features elegant touches such as orange-velvet banquettes, elaborately patterned wallpaper, and ornate chandeliers. In this chic atmosphere, diners can enjoy a menu of internationally inspired bistro cuisine and craft beer. Read on to learn about some of the restaurant's signature items:
- Barbecue lamb sliders: A toasted brioche buns gets mounded up with barbacoa-style lamb and Mexican accoutrements such as jalapeños and pickled red onions.
- Thai beef salad: Thinly sliced rib eye is tossed with cucumber, red jalapeños, shiitake mushrooms, mango, mint, carrots, and sesame seeds.
- Pork chop mole verde: A fresh, yet complex sauce accompanies juicy pork chops, sweet potato hash, toasted pumpkin seeds, and braised swiss chard.
