I attempted on two seperate occasions to book this service. On the first, they were not able to accommodate my dates of availability. The second time I reached out via their request form to book a date, I received no response. During that time period my Groupon expired and I was not able to redeem it for its value. I was very disappointed, and would not purchase this again.
I called and emailed for 2 weeks, never once got a call or email back. very unprofessional will never work with them again.
I gave this groupon as a gift to my sister in law back in May after checking the coverage area to confirm they would cover her address. Now they say they don't cover her neighborhood and won't honor the certificate. She called Groupon customer service and basically got "a wall." This is very disappointing.
Read the small print. If they don't have staff they will not come to your neighborhood

They sent three cleaners and did a good job focusing on what I asked them to do.
They did not clean thoroughly and left parts of the house uncleaned They try to nickel and dime you

I have to say this was the WORST experience I have ever had with a cleaning company. They did not call once they arrived, allowed themselves in...and started cleaning someone else's apartment. Once they were in our apartment we left to go to work, only to find that our apartment was no more clean than when we left it (this is an empty apartment by the way, no furniture what so ever, it's also a very small one bedroom). There was dust on the baseboards, dirt on the floors, sinks dirty, counters not cleaned. I'm 100% convinced this man did nothing for the 3 hours I paid for him to be there. Naturally I emailed them saying that basically nothing had been done, they responded quickly saying they would send someone out immediately the next day...they sent the exact same gentleman from the day before. Who then proceeded to argue with me saying it was clean. I took photos of the place the night before. I am more than happy to supply them if need be, it was disgusting. The gentleman stayed to clean, as I left for work and proceeded to call "the fabulous maid" office and let them know how disappointed I was and actually angry that their employee thought it was appropriate to argue with me. They said they would send someone else out later that evening. Too bad for me they called me 3 more times that day while I was at work to ask me to "locate" their cleaner and send him home, after every time I told them I was at work so I could not assist and tracking down THEIR employee. I was so frustrated at that point I canceled the cleaner they said they would send out that evening for the pure fact that I was done dealing with such an incompetent, disorganized company. I will never recommend them, and I hope this sheds some honesty on a company that is NOT 100% satisfaction guaranteed as they claim.
