Though pizza has always been a popular party food, the rise of food allergies has left more and more kids going without. But that's not the case at NoBo Pizza. Here, chefs specialize in unique, allergen-free styles of pizza, including those made with gluten-free crusts from Gluten Free Bistro and those topped with soy- and dairy-free cheese. They can customize these thin-crust pies further with any one of their 20 toppings, or they can make one of their signature pizzas, such as the 5280 with spinach, roma tomatoes, garlic, and ricotta. Refreshing sodas, including IBC Root Beer and Coke, add a sweet note to meals, much like pepperonis arranged to spell out "I like your shirt."
