seemed pricey for the quality of food. It was still a nice dinner but without groupon it would have been an $80 meal! I wouldn't pay that for what we got normally

My gf wanted the crab pasta, but without crab as that was the vegetarian option for that dish. She asked the waiter if it was cheaper but he said no. So $18 for a bowl of pasta with spinach?!?!?

Most of the food was really delicious, especially the salmon, however I found a metal piece of a scrubber sponge in my mouth halfway through the meal. They did comp that dish. The tuna app was nothing special, they were out of chocolate cake.

After reading the reviews of most being a love/hate relationship, I went with a friend who had been there before..., the previous time disappointed him, as they were very busy and he received poor service. My experience was a happy, yummie, positive one, the hostesses were smiling and happy to seat us offering a choice of inside or outside, where we chose the latter. It was early on a Saturday evening and we were in time for Happy Hour, offered seven days a week. We both had a "Margarita Italia" delicioso.., We were taking our time ordering and "Charlie" our waiter check in with us often, explaining the nights specials.

Bland, not very flavorful. Except fritto misto but that was too salty

Table by the street is fun for people watching - smaller plates are plenty and affordable.

From Our Editors

As a boy in Italy, Fabio Flagiello’s life was filled with family gatherings that centered around cured meats, aged cheeses, fresh pastas, and wine. As the chef at PastaVino, he recreates the food from his childhood for the masses, using fresh, organic ingredients that he sources locally or imports from Italy. For example, he slathers freshly made fettuccine with a rustic wild boar ragu. He cares as much about the restaurant's wines as the food, carefully selecting vintages—including some biodynamic options—to stock the wine cellar. Like its menu, the restaurant’s decor blends the rustic with the modern, as evidenced by its exposed ductwork, brick walls, and glowing, LED-enhanced bar.
