While variety may be the spice of life, it's also the source of an effective workout. At Vette City CrossFit, trainers lead participants through fitness regimes comprised of ever-changing exercises, which keep muscles guessing and active. On some days, participants may run a few miles and do push ups in between sprints; on others, they might do deadlifts and squats that strengthen legs and boost muscle mass. The gym's trainers scale each workout to match participants' fitness levels, ensuring everyone can not only complete the sessions, but actively benefit from them.
