During the six-week outdoor training camp from Maximum Results, a certified strength and conditioning specialist guides a team of fitness fanatics through one-hour classes to rev up the heart, tone muscles, and shed weight. The trainer also places emphasis on nutritional guidance to help aimless appetites navigate a more robust diet. Body measurements are recorded at the beginning, middle, and end of camp to map body-fat emigration, muscular influx, and circulatory gerrymandering. Camps meet for convivial lung pumping Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at Meadows Park.
