The plane was kind of roomy, it had extra head room and leg room. The views in the Bahamas were amazing.

When we called to book the vacation, we were told we would have to call back to purchase the airport to hotel transfer. My friend called them and purchased her transfer but when we got there they said there wasn't a transfer for us so we had to pay for a taxi. When we got to the hotel they said they couldn't find a reservation for us so they sent us across the street to talk to the manager. He waited a while to talk to him and when we did he also had to call someone else. He finally found out that vacation express had booked our trip after the hotel told them they were full. He said we found you a room and sent us back across the street. With all the problems this trip was not relaxing for us at all. There are deposits for everything, room keys, towels, etc. The internet worked horribly so it made it hard to contact anyone. They only had one restaurant on the property, the staff wasn't nice to us, they would leave for long periods of time and the gratuity was already added on. The food wasn't great, we ordered a quesadilla and the plate came full of grease so it wasn't healthy either. The only thing that we liked were some of the breakfast items. When we left no one told us our flight was delayed, apparently the other guests at other resorts were notified. With the flight being delayed about 4 hours we missed our connecting flight in Nashville and there were no more flights home that night. We had to pay approximately $150 for a hotel to room only to get a few hours of sleep. So there were many problems and a lot of extra expenses. We won't be going back.
