They took over 5 days to get back to me after trying to reach them. They never called me even after repeated requests. They would only contact via email and then after the initial response, it would be another 3 days after each email. I requested a specific day for service. - after 5 days they say that day not available. I request another day, they respond 4 days later that day not available. never calling me to work out what days they are available and never suggesting days via email. I requested a refund from groupon.

I am still waiting to hear back from them after numerous attempts to make an appointment. I have asked for my money back on Groupon and been asked to wait to this weekend to hear back. Very frustrating

I filed for refund within first 2 weeks as they were lagging in response, and after i finally did reach them, they missed two appointments - no phone call or follow-up on part of C&N

As per voucher instructions, I emailed C&N Cleaning Services and requested cleaning for Jan. 2. I received an email back saying that would be able to do this and asked me to send my complete address, etc. which I did. They did not show up on the date and greatly inconvenienced me as I was coordinating a party for the evening. They never returned my phone calls or responded to any further emails. In my opinion, a very unreliable, unprofessional company.

It was hard to book an appointment and anfter 6 attemps, they didn't show up the day booked. Its not a formal company, they didn't called me back, phone doesn't work now.

Unfortunately, their availability is not based on your needs. You have to blend into what who and where they are going to provide. As professional cleaners they should supply their stuff, but they asks for yours. Another thing annoys me is, we had to prioritize stuff. If they can't do 100% mostly, its all yours to lose, but as i said they have a strict schedule to maintain so, If they can't finish your cleaning by the time limit, they will leave. So as i spoke with groupon after my first bitter experience of my groupon purchase they told me to always contact the provider before going a heading buying any service coupon. But over all i found they are not yet professional.
