The guy was really nice and they traveled wherever I was, but after my front screen was fixed when I made a phone call the other person couldn't hear me, but I could hear them just fine. Before I got it fixed it was just fine. I called back and they said it was a manuf. defect. So I called my provider and they said there was nothing they could do bc it wasn't under warranty. So less than 24 hrs after getting my screen fixed I decided to go ahead and upgrade my phone. When the provider took my case off the whole back was cracked. I was going to sell my phone back to them since it wasn't working, but the back lowered the value. It would have been nice if the repair guy would have told me.
