My only criticism is the rice did not come with instructions for flavoring. The bag had cooking instructions, but it is important in sushi to have appropriately flavored rice!

I have purchased a Groupon since September for a sushi class and I cannot find a date to attend. They have only one class per month and last week they cancelled the only one available! Very disappointed!!!

You don't get very much for your money even keeping in mind the discount from Groupon. They gave me e tiny amount of Salmon for $20, I would just go to Shaws next time.
