Jon Quinn—the Air Force veteran mastermind behind Captain Quinn’s Fitness Boot Camp—and his cotrainer, Lauren Howe, lead students through intense boot camps that take into consideration each student’s fitness goals and experience levels. During each session, they corral up to 20 guests during indoor or outdoor sessions, creating a jovial atmosphere with group exercises such as races and passing weighted balls to one another. Each technique is intended to create camaraderie and motivate exercisers to challenge themselves. Jon and Lauren focus on strength training and conditioning as well as aerobics, rotating the curriculum daily to keep guests engaged.
When not leading motivating and energetic boot camps, Jon and Lauren also offer personal training, working one-on-one with guests to create a dynamic workout regimen tailored to individual fitness goals. The two endless reservoirs of energy also host kids' fitness classes, during which children cavort in structured sessions that both help them develop muscles to show everyone how big a jar they can open and create healthy habits that they will retain as they grow.
