Lawson Harris has been busy over the course of her 25-year fitness career. She’s starred in a Pilates workout DVD, taught countless Pilates classes, and developed a training program for The Lab instructors. And today, at her fitness studio, she and her fellow Pilates instructors and personal trainers get students moving with classes in disciplines such as Pilates, yoga, boot camp, circuit training, and Zumba. Complementing the workouts, the studio maintains a Wellness Lab in which clients can receive acupuncture, chiropractic care, or massage therapy.
