This was an awesome experience for my husband and I. They were very professional and thorough. We definitely got our money's worth. We are hoping to go back with another couple to learn some more. I tried the recipes we learned and turned out just as good as they did when we went to the class. They were just Awesome!

Awesome couple who has a love for teaching others to cook. I felt like I was in my own home cooking! Oh, the best part was eating what we made! You must take a lesson with TriniSoul. - Delores

The teachers were excellent and the final product was delicious. I just wish we actually received the recipes for what we made so we could make it again.

the cooking glass was fun and very informaive. The teachers conducting the lessons were extremely friendly and experienced. My friends and i had a great time learning how to make different dishes while enjoying the company of other students. Also, being able to sit and sample your meal afterwards was a plus. I have used my skills at home a few times since taking the class. I am happy i purchased this deal.

Great class - Deb and Brian are very welcoming and down to earth. Never thought I would be able to make such delicious roti skins so easily!

From Our Editors

Pockets Full of Dough takes inspiration from the culturally and biologically diverse nation of Montenegro, where Turkish, Roman, and Greek influences waft from the kitchens of cheese makers, fisherfolk, and farmers. Specializing in seafood, pasta, and baked goods, the multitalented foodies sling their wares at various fairs and bazaars throughout the year. But they’re not just food vendors—their catering services bring the company’s uniquely colorful pastas and pastries to group events and grudge-match food fights. Supper-club dinners pop up in unexpected spaces, and pasta-making classes help kids with autism-spectrum disorders pick up socialization and sensory-integration skills by sinking their hands into brightly colored dough.
