At All Body Conditioning, bodies shed fat and build muscle during Pure Performance boot camps, led by owner Jeff Aldham and skilled trainer Eric Daye. During each circuit-training workout, biceps curl free weights, and arms catch, pass, and gently rock medicine balls to sleep. Pupils pull resistance bands to work out their entire body with TRX suspension training equipment, and feet dance through agility ladders, leap over microhurdles, and skip ropes. Meanwhile, certified trainers instruct on proper exercise technique and tell students what foods and holiday decorations they should avoid eating. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30 a.m., 7 a.m., 5:30 p.m., and 7 p.m. at the Canadian Human Performance Centre. Outdoor classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 a.m., 7 a.m., 5:30 p.m., and 7 p.m.
