Just4MiE's studio is instantly calming. Guests can relax in the pale-pink dressing room and plush lounge chairs before migrating to the dimly lit pole-fitness studio, where expert instructors teach Pole-ah-Tease classes. The absence of mirrors is disarming for those used to a traditional fitness class, but these classes are anything but traditional. In six-week sessions, the pole-fitness classes first teach students the foundation of swinging around poles and building the strength to lift themselves off the ground. Following sessions focus on tricks such as pole tango and sensual chair dances.
