We did the Antidote room and it was both fun and most challenging. We were a team of three and ideally I would suggest 4; or more if allowed.
The room was obviously very clean and they take care to sanitize. Staff was very friendly.
I would book this location again.

Ended up losing my money on this Groupon. We were scheduled but due to the pandemic, it was canceled. They scheduled us for a random date. We ended up having difficulty making that day work. They would not let us reschedule again because it was too close to the date, the date they chose. Bummed and frustrated.

I can't give a rating at all because although I redeemed the Groupon, I didn't actually use it. I changed my mind about the safety of the facility due to Covid 19. I lost $80.00 because Escapology said they couldn't refund any portion AND would not allow me to use it at a later date. Too bad Groupon can't make it right. I will be very hesitant to purchase a Groupon or ever go to Escapology.

We always will accommodate a request to reschedule a game if we are notified prior to the day of the game. Unfortunately, your group never showed up for your scheduled game which could have been opened up for another guest. After calling you to see where your party was, you had said you only wanted to play when there was no threat of a pandemic. This also made rescheduling impossible as no one knows when the the threat of the pandemic will be over and vouchers expire three months after purchase. Finally, refunds can only be made by Groupon since vouchers are purchased through Groupon and they keep a large percentage of the proceeds.

We had such a wonderful time finding clues and putting together puzzles in order to escape!! We could really see the skills each person brought to the table as the clock counted down!! Nothing like a little pressure to get our creative juices flowing!!!
