Although not necessary, I would highly recommend doing a a few one on one sessions if it's your first time. That's what I did and it really enhanced my experience!

This is an excellent Pilates Studio. It's very comfortable and staff welcomes newcomers. Beth Jasper is a knowledgeable instructor and is excellent at motivating me and providing useful feedback to help me get the most out of my workout. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
